  • Payments: are taken in full at time of reservation.
  • Check-in at our Red Wing MN lodging is between 3:00 and 6:00 pm and check-out is at noon. Please call if you will be later than 6:00 pm to arrange a later check-in. Guests must always pre-arrange a later check in time to avoid a late check in fee of $50.00.
  • Rates: Please see the room page for our current rates. Room rates are based on double occupancy.  $25 per additional guest (roll away). A 5-course gourmet brunch is served both mornings.
  • Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations coming within 30 days of your stay are granted a credit toward another stay only if we are able to rebook your room for the original night reserved.  Thanks for your understanding.  We are a small business and always do our best to rebook any cancellations.  The sooner you let us know the more likely we can help you secure a new date!
  • Gift Certificates: We custom make gift certificates in most any amount that you wish. The certificates are good for one year from date of purchase. Our cancellation policy applies to gift certificates as well. Gift certificates must be used within the one-year time period. We also accept Minnesota Bed and Breakfast Association gift certificates. We do not accept any other third-party gift certificates or gift cards.
  • Group Reservations: The Moondance Inn is a perfect place to reserve as a group. We also have a fully licensed commercial kitchen, which means we can also provide all meals. We offer a 10% discount for the rental of the Entire house. If interested please call 651-212-6305.
  • There is NO SMOKING inside the Moondance Inn. Smoking inside the Moondance Inn will result in an additional charge of $100.00 that will be applied to your credit card. If you have reserved multiple rooms it will be $100.00 per room. Smoking is permitted on the front porch only.
  • No candles are allowed in guestrooms or public spaces.
  • Children: under 14 years of age by special arrangement only.
  • Pets: we cannot accommodate pets at our Red Wing MN lodging.
  • Late check-in without a pre-arranged agreement with the Inn will result in an additional charge of $50.00 or forfeiture of your room.
  • Rooms must be left in a similar state as they are found, less normal use. Damage, missing items or extraordinary maintenance/cleaning following your stay will result in additional charges or fees at the innkeepers discretion.
